Moisture sensor - the HygroFlex range
Take our HygroFlex 3 moisture sensors for example. Capable of providing accurate humidity and temperature measurement over the range -50ºC to +200ºC, HygroFlex 3 moisture sensors are used throughout process monitoring and control, drying processes and semi-conductor manufacturing applications. These highly advanced transmitters calculate a range of moisture parameters from humidity and temperature measurement data, and feedback via 3 analogue outputs and a serial interface to dedicated Rotronic software that enables you to display, trend and alarm your moisture data in real-time. HygroFlex 3 transmitters can be used for calculating a range of other humidity parameters including dew point, frost point and mixing ratio, and can include dynamic pressure compensation.
The HygroFlex 2 moisture sensor system offers monitoring of up to 32 different locations and 64 probes in one networked solution. The HygroFlex 2 moisture sensors have a purely digital output providing direct interface into a PC and are often used in process, storage and manufacturing industries.
HygroFlex 1 moisture sensors provide analogue outputs with local measurement indication and are often used in process control, monitoring systems and climatic control chambers.

HygroFlex 3 combines most of the features of HygroFlex 1 & 2 to produce probably the most advance humidity and moisture transmitters available.
Notably, the unit can provide 3 analogue outputs simultaneously with an RS232/485 digital signal. The output signals can be assigned by the user with HW3 software.
Also worthy of mention is the units ability to dynamically compensate any pressure dependent calculated parameters, such as wet-bulb temperature.
