Rotronic Instruments (UK) Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rotronic AG of Switzerland. 

The UK humidity business was formed in 1988, and has since grown from strength to strength under the Directorship of Helen Jones (now retired) in the UK, and Michael Taraba from Switzerland. The business also now incorporates an IT peripherals division, specialising in IT connectivity technology.
